Hi all, Here are the minutes from both teleconference and meeting we had. I've listed out all the action items to do. PLEASE READ!!! Kung mayroon kulang sa action items, please let me know so I can change. Your cooperation is needed! We only have 9 months to go.... AGENDA OF TELECONFERENCE AND MEETING:

3.2010 GRAND REUNION – May 21-23, 2010

3 Days Event – Fiestahan, Ballroom Dancing & Picnic at the Beach

Headcount from zoning coordinators to provide expenses. Per meeting – approximate count is 107 (including batch mates abroad)

Expenses for the 3 days event are the following:

o Registration – P5,000

o Shirt prices in Divisoria (provided by Lynne):

Event Day 1 - May 21st (Fiestahan) Catering Services: setup should include warmers, plates, glasses, utensils and food. Or Hire cook? (Their choice)

Menu: 1. Lechon 2. Beef dish 3. Chicken dish 4. Vegetable dish 5. Seafood dish 6. Noodles 7. Rice 8. Dessert 9. Drinks 10. Tables, chair and terf

Event Day 2 - May 22nd (Ballroom Dancing) · Snacks and drinks

Event Day 3 - May 23rd (Picnic at the Beach) · Food – hire cook? Menu: 1. Ihaw-ihaw – porkchop 2. Seafood 3. Rice 4. Dessert 5. Drinks

4. BATCH 77 PARTY – EXCLUSIVE ONLY – June 12, 2009 - (Please refer to your emails. Details will be disclosed as needed)

ACTION ITEMS

1. To provide cost of Donation - Bulletin Board (estimate is P5,000 to P10,000) to Western Colleges.

2. To provide headcount of batch mates local and abroad for Grand Reunion 3 Day Events.

3. To provide cost of shirts for Grand Reunion – Officers local and abroad from Official Western Shirts & Non-officers from Divisoria.

4. To provide cost of Catering services or Food & Drinks for Grand Reunion - Event Day 1.

5. To provide cost of the tables, chairs and tarpaulin to use for Grand Reunion – Event Day 1.

6. To provide cost of Snacks & Drinks for Grand Reunion - Event Day 2.

7. To provide cost of Food & Drinks for Grand Reunion - Event Day 3.

8. To provide headcount of batch mates local and abroad for Exclusive Batch 77 Party. (other details to follow...)
